Yes, P&E Instant Spices has been approved by NAFDAC and are both 100% certified and guaranteed for consumption.

How Do I Use the Pepper Soup Spices?

  • Steam your fresh fish or meat that is meant for the preparation of the pepper soup.
  • Add 10g of P&E Spices to maximum of 100ml of water.
  • Allow to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Add pepper and salt to taste.
  • Allow to boil for additional 10 minutes.
  • Your delicious pepper soup is ready to be served.

How Do I Use the Banga Soup Spices?

  • Boil the banga seed for about 45 minutes.
  • Remove it from fire and extract the liquid from the seed by washing the banga in a bowl.
  • Put the extracted liquid back to fire,
  • Allow the liquid to boil for about 45 minutes.
  • Add meat or fish and allow to boil before adding your banga spices to taste.

Distributors are needed Nationwide, We need a maximum of 4 main distributors in each State.
